This method adds a reaction (emoji) to an item (file, file comment, channel message, group message, or direct message). Reactions can be used for any purpose: voting, checking off to-do items, showing excitement - or just for fun. This integration helps by automatically sending a private channel message when there is a new reaction added in Slack. The encoded user id of the user who reacted to the message.
